    At Kahalealii, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Exchanges are only available if there is an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). To request an exchange, you must email us at kahalaelii@kahalaelii.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

    If approved, we will provide instructions for your exchange. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
