Shipping & Returns.

At Kahalealii, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Exchanges are only available if there is an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). To request an exchange, please email us at kahalaelii@kahalaelii.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

If your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for your exchange. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Preorders

Preorders will be open for 1 week only, closing on Saturday, September 20. All preorder items will ship 2 weeks after preorders close.
